THE PROGRAM

Opening activity that is different every time, any of the following: variations of intuitive gentle movement, qigong and voice yoga exercises, vibroacoustic massage (no touch) with Himalayan singing bowl, vibroacoustic aura cleanse with other instruments, etc.

??Therapeutic-grade essential oils @youngliving to support your psychoemotional state, work on your specific request and help you feel better; for a deeper connection with self and better grounding — individually selected by Alena for each participant in the beginning and the end of the session.

Psychedelic cosmic lights will accompany you on the dreamy sound journey. You will experience elements of vibroacoustic massage with a singing bowl (no touch) before drifting away on the waves of sound.

Sonic aura cleanse, qigong exercises focused on purifying and nurturing the energy body, filling yourself with light.

Essential oils selected for you based on your state of being and request, metaphorical cards and coaching questions to stimulate personal inquiry, grounding and sharing circle.

After your payment is confirmed, on the day before the event day you will be sent (Whatsapp or SMS if you don't have Whatsapp) the exact address, location pin and free parking info.

Bookings close at 2:00 PM (Sundays) or 6:00 PM (Wednesdays) on the day of the event.

Admission to the meditation closes at 4:10 PM/ 8:10 PM.

No calls or messages are answered once the event begins.

If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch in advance.

If you booked but are not able to make it, please inform by Whatsapp or SMS before 2:00 PM/ 6:00 PM so we will work out a solution. After confirming with the organizer, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or move your attendance to another date if informed in advance.

No-show, late cancellations (after 2:00 PM for Sundays / 6:00 PM for Wednesdays), and latecomers: there is no refund, no credit towards another event.

Any refunds are processed in accordance with Mamopay T&C's. The payment processing fee is not refunded.

➡️IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please arrive in advance so you have enough time to park, prepare your space and settle in for the meditation.

Doors open at 3:30 PM/ 7:30 PM for you to settle in. To ensure the highest quality experience for all participants, those arriving after 4:10 PM/ 8:10 PM will not be able to join the event.

Wear comfortable clothes that you like and consider wearing socks to keep your feet warm on the tile floor and during the meditation. You can use the guest bathroom to change your clothes.

You will be provided with a mattress, pillow and throw blanket to comfortably relax on the floor. Wearing an eye mask may be useful for a deeper immersion.

Refrain from eating shortly before the start.

For better relaxation and to get more out of your meditation experience, you may want to avoid caffeine consumption for at least 4 hours before the event and for the rest of the day after the event.
