Yoga for your bachelorette & wedding parties is a great way to start off the celebration, or wind down from all the festivities!

Relax, detox & pamper the bride while creating memories that will last a lifetime.

These special & personalized events are curated by soFlo leading Yoga Educator, Lisa Pumper & her team.

For over 14 years Lisa has created magical experiences for local and visiting bride tribes from around the world.

What is included in all classes:

• 60+ minute themed class for the bride & her tribe.

• PA sound system with music choices from eastern healing to western jams.

• Cool Aromatherapy hand towels to wipe down at the end of class.

Upgraded customized packages & add-ons can include:

• Closing sacred ceremony with a special gift for the bride.

• Photos /video capturing these very special moments in life.

• Sound healing, Reiki or other healing modality.

What you bring:

• Yoga mat or beach towel for each person. Yoga mat is NOT required!

• Comfortable clothes.

• Water - Please hydrate.

• If we are outside: SUNGLASSES, sunscreen & hat.

• Optional swimsuit to jump in the ocean or pool.
