BREAKHOUSE CHICAGO

We are a non-profit that focuses on building up the youth and young adults in our community. Through this break house we are exploring new ways of therapy for anyone facing stress, anxiety, anger, depression and/or you just want to have fun breaking things. Lol

Read below for details, requirements, and disclaimers:

• Participants will have 5 minutes to engage in some stress relieving fun!

• Participants must be 18 yr or older and have an ID present in order to participate without adult supervision. Minors under 18 yrs must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

• Participants will be required to sign a waiver in order to participate in the activity.

• Participants must properly wear all protective gear and have closed toe shoes in order to participate in the activity.

• All sales are final and must be paid through Eventbrite prior to attending. No cash will be accepted at the door.

• All participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to their purchased time slot, complete a questionnaire, and sign a waiver.

With our Break-house program we will focus on accessing each individual with a set of questions before partaking in the exercise followed by a set of questions and takeaways to provide further information on how to keep the stress away.

When trauma and other incidents take place, and there isn’t a safe space to transmute that tension, one can release in ways that can be harmful to self and others.

Our mission is to create a space for the youth and our community to relieve tension and stress thru a fun energy releasing activity.
