Celebrate the Winter Solstice with candlelit yin, massage and Reiki.
This experience will be the ultimate in self-care as you melt into the blissful combinations of Yin yoga, massage, hands-on assists and Reiki. This combination will release the energy stored within the body and encourage a deeper release in the connective tissues of the spine and hips to create space for easeful breath and a quieter mind.
Expect to be gently guided into your Yin postures by Carrie while Caroline N offers hands-on assists and Daniella J, certified massage therapist, offers deep tissue massage. The "icing on the cake" will be Carrie R offering Reiki which is an ancient Japanese method of energy healing.
You will leave this experience feeling loved, nourished and restored in both mind and body. This is the ultimate way to balance out the physical, emotional, and energetic strains of the holiday season.
