CHOCOLATE BONBON MAKING CLASS in a real chocolate factory

Virginia, our French chocolate expert will welcome you with an authentic hot or iced chocolate with a twist.

Once warmed up and while getting to know each others . You ll be given the opportunity to admire the factory/store .

Then you will be whisked away through a brief history of chocolate which spans centuries, while also learning about some of the processes involved with chocolate making.

Virginia will then guide you through the “ Making ”Demo, teaching you everything from scratch, as well showing you how to be creative with a traditional recipe.

You will make then your own chocolate bonbon ,

- create your design with different colors and techniques

-Create the shell

- pipe the feeling inside

- and capping

Virginia will be there with you every step of the way, entertaining you with fun facts and answers to all questions.

This is a 3hours class for 2 pers , this recipe necesits a lot of steps and focus and cool down breaks . But this is so worth it. You ll get to learn all the chocolate maker tricks and tips and obtain 25 bonbons just for yourself to bring home .
