Route Details
7:00PM - Columbia River Fleet assembles near Salty's / M Gleason Boat Ramp. We'll parade in that area while boats arrive before we take a pass in front of the Tidewater Cove area on the WA side on our way down to North Portland Harbor. North Portland Harbor is located on the Oregon side of Hayden Island. There is no viewing from your car along the harbor. The fleet is out for about two hours.
