?Since Christmas is just around the corner, I have prepared a special yoga class fot you. What is so special? Well, besides the practice itself and feeling good in your body, this is also a fund-raise. The participation is based on donation and all the proceeds will go to a family (a family with two kids and a single source of income).

Comfy clothes
Sambodhi will get you a mattress. For real.

?Your contribution:
Donation based - you can donate the cost of a yoga class, more or less. All the money will go to a family and hopefully will help them have a better Christmas.

? About me:
I didn't always know that I wanted to teach yoga or that I was going to actually do it. On the contrary, in the first class I attended, I thought this was not for me.
Some time passed and yoga reappeared several times in my life. From there to teaching it, all it took was the desire to help (plus 200 hours of preparation, for starters).
Why should you practice with me? Because I want to give you the opportunity to feel (the benefits of this practice) or, at least, to create the context from which everyone can take something they need.
As long as you feel anything during the practice, even discomfort, we’re on the right path.

? Cu ocazia apropierii Crăciunului, ți-am pregătit o clasă specială de yoga. Ce o face special[? Pe lângă practica în sine și bucuria de a te simți bine în corpul tău, este și un eveniment de tip strângere de fonduri. Participarea se bazează pe donație, iar suma strânsă va merge către o familie (o familie cu doi copii și o singură sursă de venit).

Pe bază de donație - poși dona costul unei clase de yoga, mai mult sau mai puțin. Toți banii vor merge la o familie cu intenția de a-i ajuta,

? Despre mine
Nu știam întotdeauna că vreau să predau yoga sau o să ajung să fac asta.
Din contră, la prima clasă la care am participat, m-am plictisit și m-am gândit că nu este pentru mine.
A trecut ceva timp și yoga a reapărut de mai multe ori în viața mea. De acolo pentru a preda, tot ce a fost nevoie a fost dorința de a ajuta (plus 200 de ore de pregătire, pentru început).
De ce ar trebui să participi la clasa mea? Pentru că vreau să creez contextul în care poți să simți (beneficiile acestei practici) sau, cel puțin, să îți iei ceva de care ai nevoie.
Atât timp cât simți orice în timpul practicii, chiar disconfort, suntem pe drumul cel bun.
