F.A.Q.

• You are responsible for purchasing your own flight to and from Ghana. Best Sites: Google Flights, CheapOAir.com, Priceline.com, Liligo.com. We can also refer you to some travel agencies that can assist.

• You are responsible for securing your own Visa which is needed to travel to Ghana unless you are in possession of an ECOWAS passport (please research), or carrying a passport that is vis exempt in Ghana (Google to find out / reach out to us if still unsure).

• A yellow fever shot and card is needed to clear customs once you have reached Ghana. Your medical provider can provide you with both. Your medical insurance should be able to cover this. You will not be allowed to pass customs without this card. As such, if you do not have it, you will be required to pay for the card at the airport (even if you refuse the actual shot). Additionally please ask your doctor for any Medic*tion(s) you may require during your visit (i.e. Malaria pills).

• Sign up as a group (6 people or more)! Group rates are available.

• As of Oct. 9th, 2022, the currency exchange rate is 11.20 to 1. ($1 USD exchanges for 11 cedis 20 pesewas). You get more bang for your buck.

• It is recommended that you purchase travel health insurance through an accredited insurer. Please research & pick accordingly.

• The Ghanaian government requires all visitors to be fully vaccinated as of December of 2021. Proof of vaccination is required for entry.
