About this Event
THE WORKOUT
Dynamic, total body training that fuses body weight exercises with primal movement, in a dance like rhythmic pattern. This allows our body and mind to release and let go of stuck energy. Stress hormone cortisol is lowered as we work our body in this way. The repetition also allows for overall improvements in exercise movement technique, greater muscle recruitment during the workout and overall sense of well being.
This transformational, multisensory experience increases confidence and opens us up, creating room for more joy. Moving to music rhythmically allows for a deeper mind body connection. This connection is empowering and offers the platform for healing joyfully without effort.

The session is 3 weeks. We will meet 1x a week on Wednesday at 5:30pm -6:15pm (Dec 7,14, 21)
Option 1: Prepaid Drop in class tickets for $20.00 plus tax
