Join me for a morning yoga practice to wake-up your mind, body and soul. Fusion Flow holds a special place in my heart. It is my signature class and I created this format to reflect my overall teaching style and personal practice. Inspired by Kundalini, Power Vinyasa, Yin & Hatha traditions, this practice fuses ancient wisdoms with modern influences. Experience a dynamic range of long & strong holds, breath led fluid flows and energy building of the spine & spirit. Celebrate an explosively creative journey of movement, stillness and a deep cracking open of the heart.
This practice involves a lot of movement of the spine, Pranayama (breath work), Asana (postures) as well as a partially guided Savasana. Prepare to defy your thoughts of who you are and what you are capable of.
This is an open-levels class, though some yoga practice is encouraged.

Recommended:
-2 blocks & 1 strap
If you feel ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. We will be breathing deeply in shared space, please be mindful of overall hygiene?
