Join us for holiday striding, sipping and shopping! Head to the store from 5-7pm for an evening of shopping and a special Fix-it pop up with PT Laura Gold. She will offer foam rolling and injury assessments. Then, lace up for a 6pm run and enjoy beer and snacks. Don’t miss our last run of the year!
Also, West Stride runners this is the night for anyone who logged 1000 miles on the WS app with Strava to come and get a free Miles sweatshirt and 1000 Mile Club patch!
We'll have mapped routes through the Buckhead neighborhoods.
Our community runs are self-led but we always try to connect you with others running your pace. West Stride runs are FREE to join and open to all abilities.
