About this Event
To celebrate the festive season LEGO New Zealand is transforming Aotea Square into a Christmas wonderland with four giant LEGO Christmas baubles taking centre stage. The first time in six years that a giant LEGO build has come to NZ.
To create the baubles LEGO New Zealand sat down with everyday Kiwi kids to find out exactly what makes their perfect Christmas. From ice cream and building sand-castles to playing backyard cricket LEGO brought this to life by decorating each bauble with intricate LEGO bricks featuring all the little things that make an undeniably Kiwi Christmas for kids across the country. LEGO’s very own Ryan ‘The Brickman’ McNaught and his team has been hard at work taking approximately 551.50 hours to create the biggest and boldest baubles for the whole whānau to experience and enjoy.
