New Year’s Eve 2022 Serenity Sunset

Lewis, Gina, Jennie and Ro invite you to a very different Way to welcome in the New year.

Our intention is to cross the threshold of 2023 in peacefulness and expand our capacity to listen. To the world, to each other, and to ourselves.

The evening will begin with gentle sounds welcoming you as you enter. Once settled into the space we will reflect upon the past year and then set an intention, not just for the evening but for the coming calendar year.

The invitation will then be to move, as a rich tapestry of sound is woven for you. Jennie will offer gentle guidance through this and there will be plenty of room to just sit and receive if that is your preference.

Next we will open our hearts and join our voices, with songs and chants led by Seren Rose and Lewis. Expect heartfelt original offerings rooted in these lands and beyond, an opportunity to hear and be heard.

After that we will invite you to lay down and journey inwards through a sound journey with a guided visualisation. Connect to your inner guide and receive the wisdom and relaxation you need.

There will be intermission before we settle into a breath work practice and midnight serenity meditation with Jennie and Gina. We intend to be in silence as the world celebrates, creating a space for reflection and serenity in our centre.

We will then invite you to nourish and sustain this serenity as you leave and make your way home and into the new year.

We hope you will join us. Tickets will be limited so that everyone has the necessary space for the sound journey.
