Pilates Sculpt - Held in a Backyard

Pilates Sculpt is a modern twist to a classic pilates sequence.This 50 minutes class will focus on a variation of the Pilates mat workout using various props, light hand weights, resistance loop bands and contemporary movements.Bring your yoga mat, a blanket if your yoga mat is not thick enough, light weights ( 2 or 3 pounds) and a resistance loop band.
