This class for newborns (infants to crawling) and their caregivers provides gentle stretching, deep breathing, and moving with your baby.About this Event
This class is relaxed and flexible so that you can feed your baby and walk around the room whenever you need to. Postnatal yoga helps to rebuild core strength, tone back and pelvic muscles, and release tension in the shoulders and chest. Mommies and other caregivers get a chance to meet each other and build a community. Class is taught by an instructor from the Harlem Yoga Studio.
