Pranayama is Yogic Breathing. Prana means Breath and also life force. Yama is control and Ayama means expansion.
About this Event

Yoga Pranayama:

This class is taught in the traditional Hatha style. We will go from the external to the internal. We’ll practice some dynamic sequences and Asanas (postures) to prepare the body for the breath.

There are practices to up-regulate or down-regulate our energy and nervous system. Depending on the class level we will introduce Bandhas or energy locks.

Bring comfortable clothes for the asana part. And warm clothes for the breathing part.
