About this Event

We welcome investors, wholesalers, landlords, flippers, agents and anyone in the real estate field to network on the 4th Thursday each month.

This month we welcome Cherif Medawar. Find out how Cherif acquired dozens of properties in Old San Juan, making him the largest developer in Old San Juan. Cherif will talk about using first right of refusal options and using other peoples money to build a portfolio.

Join us at 6pm for light happy hour and networking with pizza, beer & wine. Program begins at 6:30.
