The Cacao Ceremony will begin at 5:30pm and the group Reiki Energy Healing Share will begin at 7pm. You may attend one or both!
In honor to the Winter Solstice, in the Northern Hemisphere, we are experiencing the longest and darkest nights of the year and the shortest days with the least amount of daylight. The dark triumphs over the light, but this signifies a turning point!
In winter everything lies dormant in the silent earth, it is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days.
The energy of winter is that of going within. It's the fruitful darkness and silence out of which our soul's yearnings and new inspirations can eventually emerge. As we consciously link our awareness to nature's cycles, our understanding of our own personal growth cycles begin to deepen.
Let us open our hearts with the beautiful plant medicine of Cacao.
The Medicine of the Heart. Cacao is
like a drop of pure love; when it
reaches your thirsty heart, your
whole body becomes alive again.
This incredible bean grows on the
most beautiful food and nut tree in
the world — called Theobroma
Cacao, which means "food or elixir
of the gods". This name doesn't
come for no reason. Cacao is one of
the healthiest superfoods in the world. It is said that the heart-shaped cacao plant unites all spiritual plants within itself. Because of that, Cacao has a special role in this world. Cacao isn't just a healthy superfood, a delicious drink, or an ancient plant; it is an undercover agent. Why? Because we are consuming Cacao without knowing that we are drinking the knowledge of all spiritual plants. We love chocolate — and most of us are unaware that chocolate is just another form of Cacao and carries all the knowledge of these ancient histories. Whenever we eat Cacao in whichever form, the plant is planting the seed of truth inside us, without us knowing.
What are common effects of taking Cacao?
Cacao is considered to be a mediator between different states of consciousness. When the Cacao reaches your heart, it opens your energetic center. It allows the blood to circulate better, so your brain and heart get more oxygen. That brings clarity to your mind and feelings and more vitality to your body.

Phenylalanine: The famous love chemical, usually only produced by the brain, gives you the happy-exciting feeling you feel when falling in love.

What are the therapeutic benefits of Cacao?
Cacao is known to support issues such as heart diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. However, these health conditions are non-existent in the tribes that drink Cacao regularly. For its nutritional benefits, Cacao was also used a lot in the past by explorers and
adventurers.
Energy healing practitioners come together to give and receive healing energy and to also enjoy togetherness in community.
We all need to set some time aside for ourselves to receive a nice blast of loving healing energy to support the work we do in the world and where we want to go.
We all need a little reset from time to time.
Each person receives approximately 10-15 minutes of energy healing by the entire group.
We will also have a biomat on one of the massage tables that has 28lbs of amethyst hot stone therapy, plus pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), red light photon therapy, far infrared rays, and negative ion therapy.
This also gives us an opportunity to practice with others who are attuned and like minded.
