Setting Intentions for Your New Year

This gathering will be about learning what intentions are and their power to turn into manifestations in your life. We will go into it in detail the various areas of your life which you may wish to address for the year ahead. Your guide, Liz Miller, will provide art supplies and writing materials to turn your written intentions into a masterpiece to reflect on all year long. If time allows, there will be a brief visit to her art studio in the building to receive inspiration from her sculptural paintings. Light snacks, refreshments and music will be provided.
