About this Event
The Breath @About Balance Brighton

Breathwork is an umbrella term for any time you take conscious control of your breath and use it as a vehicle to create a shift in your physiology and/or state of mind. Whether you want to alleviate anxiety, improve sleep or optimise your sports performance there are different breathing techniques for all of these. It is my mission to educate and empower you on how to do so.

Every Wednesday 45 Minute Class
This class is available for both in-person and virtually online!

What to Expect
  • Learn how to create a conscious connection to your breath for self healing and regulation
  • Learn a wide variety of breathwork techniques
  • Practice breathing exercises
  • Experience deep relaxation and increased energy
  • Opportunities to ask questions and share

Attending Class

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in, store belongings, turn of cell phones and get confortable. Were comfortable clothing that allows you to full expand through the belly. Refrain from eating 1.5-2 hours before class.

Jeannette has been guiding self-healer and spiritual seekers for 4 years. She is in love with watching her clients thrive. she's created practical techniques for you to love yourself, live confidently, discover your true Self and shift your mindset so you can live a life you love and that feels balanced for you.

Together, you'll create magic. She support her clients as they dig deep within themselves to find inner freedom and awaken their highest selves.

Jeannette is a certified Yoga, Mediation, and Pranayama/Breathwork facilitator. She is a professional Mindfulness Coach who is experienced in helping people liberate themselves from the limitations of their minds through various ancient philosophies, trauma-informed education, and neuroscience. She is firmly rooted in her ancestral wisdom and is passionate about guiding others into their spirituality and inner knowing.


My purpose is to:
  • Help you remember that you are a magnetic, ever-changing being capable of having a powerful impact on the world.
  • Help guide you to embody what is authentically you.
  • Remind you of what is possible through love.
  • Connect you to your body, heart, and soul so you can live liberated in your authenticity.
  • Show you that it is possible to dance within the duality of the light and dark that lives within all of us.
  • And be fully yourself, without fear, guilt, or shame.
  • Love is everything.
  • Radical self-love is the start of living liberated.
  • It begins with loving every facet of the beautiful being that lies within.
  • To know that your humanness is a beautiful expression of the spectrum of human life.​
