Host Mukti welcomes you to 'Mukti's Kitchen'. Mukti welcomes you into her beautiful Brooklyn home where you'll be transported to India for the evening. You will learn about the wonders of Indian cuisine and the spices that create them!

This intimate, hands-on dining experience begins with a demonstration from Mukti, where she'll show you how to make the famous Indian Chana Dal with coconut. She will take you through the making of this very popular staple Indian dish step-by-step and you will have the opportunity to create this from scratch. After the cooking class, Mukti will serve 4 additional Indian dishes - family-style - and will share how the dishes are made, as well the origins of each.
