A chance for young leaders to join the volunteering team of Scouting4peace of youth

For 2022 : 2023 (Giza and Cairo only for the first round)

Foundation Scouting4peace this foundation’s main mission is to enable Egyptian and arab youth through various programs and events presented by the foundation for more than 14 years of achievements awards and honors both locally and globally.

The foundation has been able to bring to society the elite of young leaders and entrepreneurs everywhere in Egyptand we won’t be exaggerating if we say in the world this is because of our very strong belief in youth and that civil society must full fill it’s duty towards young people instead of being subject to loss addiction or extremist groups.

If you would like to be one of the influential members of the foundation and to be a representative of the foundation in it’s official meetings in-front of the organizations and departments whether on a governmental or societal level..you can choose the team closest to you the one with accepted experience in and the one you can contribute to it voluntarily to enable youth like me and you through these committee.

Firstly: Action team:

In this team we are responsible for managing and coordinating activities and setting their budgets as well as the purchases and all the logistical support required to achieve the activity plan which we also put accordingly to the vision and goals of the institution.

Secondly: Talents management team:

In this team we follow up on all the foundation’s volunteers and follow up on their empowerment employment and evaluation and also provide support in all possible ways to ensure the highest efficiency as well as providing free and verified courses and workshops to facilitate their path in the field they want to complete after volunteering.

Thirdly: Digital marketing team:

In this teamour mission is to guide the creativity and innovation in marketing and Promote the idea and vision of the organization through the advertising campaigns on social media platforms as well as representing the institution in various traditional and modern medias as well as documenting and covering the activities of the institution And preparing various digital materials.

Fourthly: Fundraising:

In this team our mission is to provide the financial support to the foundation and to ensure that all the necessary resources needed for the activities and local and international events are provided and to bring the necessary funding for that.

للعام2022 : 2023( القاهرة والجيزة فقط المرحلة الاولى )

مؤسسة الكشفية من أجل السلام المؤسسة دي مهمتها الأساسية هي تمكين الشباب المصري والعربي من خلال عدة برامج وفعاليات قدمتها المؤسسة لأكثر من 14 سنه فاتوا من الإنجازات والجوائز والتكريمات محليا وعالميا..

المؤسسة قدرت تخرج للمجتمع صفوة الشباب من القادة ورواد الأعمال وفي كل مكان في مصر ومش هنبالغ لو قولنا في العالم وده لأيمانا الشديد بالشباب وان المجتمع المدني لازم يقوم بواجبه تجاه الشباب بدل ما يكون عرضة للضياع والأدمان والجماعات المتطرفة..

اذا حبيت تكون واحد من أعضاء المؤسسة المؤثرين و تكون ممثل للمؤسسة في اجتماعاتها الرسمية امام كل الهيئات والإدارات سواء على المستوى الحكومي أو المجتمعي .. تقدر تختار فريق العمل الأقرب ليك واللي عندك فيه خبره مقبوله وتقدر تساهم فيه بشكل تطوعي لتمكين شباب زيك وزينا من خلال اللجان التالية:

أولا: الـ Action Team :

في الفريق ده بنكون مسئولين عن إدارة وتنسيق الانشطة ووضع ميزانيها وكمان المشتريات وكل الدعم اللوجيستي المطلوب لإنجاز خطة النشاط اللي احنا برده بنحطها طبقا لرؤية واهداف المؤسسة

ثانيا: الـ Talents Management Team :

في الفريق ده بنقوم بمتابعة كل متطوعي المؤسسة و متابعة تمكينهم و شغلهم و تقويمهم و كمان تقديم الدعم بكل الطرق الممكنة لضمان اعلى كفاءه، ده غير توفير كورسات وورش عمل مجانية و مدعمة لتسهيل طريقهم في المجال اللي حابين يكملو فيه بعد التطوع.

ثالثا: الـ Digital Marketing Team :

في الفريق ده مهمتنا ادارة الابداع والابتكار في التسويق والترويج لفكر ورؤية المؤسسة من خلال الحملات الدعائية على منصات السوشيال ميديا و كمان تمثيل المؤسسة في مختلف وسائل الاعلام التقليدية والحديثة، كمان توثيق وتغطية فعاليات المؤسسة و اعداد المواد الرقمية المختلفة.

رابعا: الـ Fundraising Team :

في الفريق ده مهمتنا توفير الدعم المادي للمؤسسة والتأكد من توافر كل المقومات اللازمة لإتمام انشطة و فعاليات المؤسسة المحلية والدولية و جلب التمويل اللازم لذلك.
