WINTER SOLSTICE SOUND BATH & GUIDED MEDITATION

This Winter Solstice Sound Bath is going to take place on a beautiful rooftop in Gastown. It will be indoors and has a beautiful view of the city seen from the floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the cozy space.

Kasia will be using an assortment of crystal bowls, pyramids, tuning forks and a crystal harp. Tarot and aromatherapy will be incorporated to help bring the mediation even deeper. We will finish with complimentary tea and a sharing circle.

We have a limited amount of space available so we ask everyone wishing to come to register so we don't go over capacity.

Wear comfy clothes and come hydrated. If possible, bring something to lay on and a cover to keep you comfy. Eye covers are also a great way to enhance your experience!
