The Winter Solstice symbolizes the opportunity for renewal—a shedding of unwanted habits and negative feelings, and an embracing of hope as the days begin to grow longer. It is a time of quiet energy when you can honor your stillness and set goals and intentions for the coming year. Through the ritual of yoga practice, the intentions we set in motion will inevitably become natural and old layers begin to fall away in this great renewal toward our truest nature.
Like our yoga practices, our intentions are always evolving. As we lay out the framework for our future plans, we can build a path through the darkness of winter toward our brightest future.
